Mr. Sher is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., 1991) and The University of Houston Law Center (J.D., 1993). He is bar licensed in both Texas (1994) and Colorado (1995) and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
